Arthur’s Seat and Wandering

My dad wanted to go to the instrument museum, so Mum and I decided to ditch him and go on a walk through the park, and possibly go to Holyroodhouse Palace. Our walk through the park led to us going to Arthur’s Seat. Even though we ended up getting lost coming down because we didn’t go to the main peak, it was one of the most gorgeous places I’ve ever been. I’d definitely go back to Edinburgh simply go back.

Even though I was annoyed about being lost at the time, this has become one of my favourite photos of me from the trip

After we found our way down, we met up with Dad and wandered around the city.

  1. Great photos. I used to live a 10 minute’s walk away from Holyrood park and get lost in there myself on a daily basis. It really is a beautiful place; a wilderness in the middle of a city. Me and my wife had our wedding reception on the Salisbury crags. Thanks for sharing, these pictures brought back a lot of nice memories!
